John C. Bullock, P.E. & C.P.G., is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaddy Engineering Company. As President, Mr. Bullock manages the geological engineering and financial analysis services of the firm. He has more than 44 years of experience in the fields of natural resource evaluation, cost analysis, planning, development, and environmental assessment. His duties with the company also include the supervision of professional staff engaged in mining, natural gas, and silviculture activities.
Before joining Gaddy, from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Bullock was Vice President of Pardee Resources Company, a land-holding company with offices in Charleston, West Virginia, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his employment with Pardee, Mr. Bullock assisted in the management of Appalachian operations. As Vice President of Pardee & Curtin Lumber Company, he negotiated numerous acquisitions of smaller land companies.
From 1979 to 1991, Mr. Bullock was employed as a Project Geologist by Westmoreland Coal Company. He evaluated coal properties and mining operations and provided geotechnical support for mines in Virginia, Kentucky, and Colorado. These duties included production expansion, quality forecasts, contract mine liaison, regulatory compliance, and contract mine dispute resolution. In 1991, Mr. Bullock resigned from Westmoreland Coal Company to attend Virginia Tech's College of Engineering.
In 1978 and 1979, he worked as an Assistant Project Geologist for Consolidation Coal Company in Bluefield, West Virginia. His primary responsibility was to assist in various coal exploration programs in West Virginia and Virginia. The duties included interpretation of core samples and e-logs, correlation of coal seams, and preparation of coal seam thickness maps.

Dusta M. Tanner is the Executive Vice President of Gaddy Engineering Company. As Executive Vice President, she coordinates all day-to-day activities of the professional staff in the company. Ms. Tanner works directly with all of Gaddy's clients. She contributes to the findings and determinations of all projects. Since joining Gaddy, Ms. Tanner has taken the lead on several projects with the WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP).
Before joining Gaddy, from 1999 to 2009, Ms. Tanner was the Human Resources Officer and Assistant Cashier of First Neighborhood Bank of Spencer, West Virginia.

Theodore M. Streit, President Emeritus, retired from Gaddy in December 2018 and now consults for the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Streit specializes in drilling and production technology, lease and contract negotiation, and oil and gas mineral property valuations.
